There is nothing in this agreement that requires Oculus or its companies linked to you or any of your applications to have access to interaction or viewing or publishing content on an Oculus platform or service. However, Oculus and/or its affiliates may require you to agree to additional conditions to provide you with these platform services related to your use of the SDK. You acknowledge and consent that Oculus and its related companies may develop products or services that may compete with your application or other products or services on your part. While you own the physical accessories, Oculus and its licensees own all rights, titles and interests on and on materials (including, but not limited to all designs, designs, specifications or documentation) and all intellectual property rights that are listed on them. Materials cannot and will not be integrated into your accessories or will be part of your accessories. Unless you expressly grant rights to Section 4, you have no right to or from documents, including unspoken licenses (implicit, estoppel or otherwise) and you understand and accept that you do not enjoy licenses or other rights to patents, copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights and that these licenses or rights would require separate review as part of a separate agreement with Oculus. Oculus is not required to grant such licenses or rights.
